Promotion Coordinator

Your responsibilities will include administering sales and marketing plans including coordinating group sales efforts in various markets, coordinating advertising trades and promotional activities and related communications. Background requirements include 1 year of administrative support experience, preferably in a sales/marketing environment, excellent Microsoft based PC skills, the ability to successfully and independently manage multiple priorities and solid teamwork skills.

The Sales Account Executive will increase revenue through new client acquisition and growing VEE's existing client base. Current sales categories include sports; corporate events; museums; agencies/firms specializing in brand promotion through events/experiential marketing; and other emerging business sectors. Job responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business; cold calling; research and target segments to expand VEE's opportunities; develop and execute client presentations; build the pipeline for future business; manage and secure VEE's ongoing client relationships. Freelance Scenic & Costume Work
Our production services shop is always in search of skilled Scenic Carpenters, Welders, Artisans, Sculptors, and Scenic Artists with experience in the areas of display, exhibit and/or theater. Our Costumes & Creatures Shop is always looking for freelance Stitchers & Craftspersons as well. We would like to add to our list of "freelance" craftspersons that we can call on when we're busy. Our pace fluctuates greatly from month to month so we are constantly seeking to build and maintain a current list of reliable individuals of varying levels of experience to fill out our workforce on a temporary basis.
